On their beautiful Long Island estate, Tom and Cynthia Rosicki produce some of the finest fizz in the U.S., with a little guidance from master winemaker (and Champagne expert) Gilles Martin. He employs the traditional method – the same painstaking méthode champenoise responsible for all Champagnes.
