Schroeder Estate Pinot Noir Rosé 2018
There's no getting around it: rosé is one of our most popular styles, period. That's why, when a favorite producer like Argentina's historic Schroeder family, offer up a new one – we pounce to make sure you get a taste.
The Schroeders have been braving the extreme elements in Patagonia since 1927. This harsh climate, with its icy-cool winds and intense sunshine, is a haven for growing fine Pinot Noir. In 2018, the conditions were so perfect, they decided to save some of the grapes to make a gorgeous rosé. Thank goodness too, because we've tasted this one a few times, and it's delicious.
You're in for waves of summer berry fruit aromas – think strawberries and raspberries – along with inviting jasmine, orange, and rose petal notes. Lovely sipped on its own, or matched up with simple pastas, grilled vegetables, or seafood.
