Granger Bay Sauvignon Blanc 2021
Sauvignon Blanc is one of the most refreshing, tongue-tingling whites out there. This exhilarating arrival demonstrates deliciously. It comes from South African Sauvignon specialists Diemersdal (who win international golds galore for their Sauvignons) and sixth-generation winemaker Thys Louw.
Wine has been made at Diemersdal since 1705. This well-known landmark estate is nestled in the lush Durbanville Valley, one of the Cape’s oldest wine regions. Situated on the cool slopes of the Dorstberg, with the gorgeous Table Mountain as a backdrop, Diemersdal is known for its marriage of Old World traditions and New World innovation in their winemaking.
Case in point: this mouthwatering gem, made with grapes grown in top-sited Western Cape vineyards (where ideal conditions yield particularly ripe fruit). Look for layers of lemon pith and inviting guava. This versatile white can be enjoyed with everything from goat cheese to fried chicken.
