Enter: Farinelli, from the gorgeous, seaside estate of Federica d'Amato and Pasquale Caldora. This dynamic winemaking duo are renowned for their meticulous approach - both in the vineyard and the winery – which is on full delicious display here.

Sourced from a tiny, prime-sited plot of vines in the hills of Pescara, this juicy-fresh Pinot Grigio is everything fans look for: lovely, elegant body with ripe citrus and pear flavors and a crisp, refreshing finish that will have you reaching for another glass.

Pinot Grigio – especially one with terrific complexity – is the perfect aperitivo. It's also a no-brainer served with seafood. Grilled shrimp, roasted turbot with summer vegetables, creamy seafood pasta … you get the idea. Also great with soft, smoky cheeses or pork.
