Talented winemaker Doug Roosevelt crafted it from Barbera, a red grape variety prized in northern Italy’s premium Piedmont region. Barbera has found a happy home in sunny California, and the grapes really thrived during the fantastic 2017 vintage.
With its delicate, pale-pink color and ripe, red-berry flavors, Beach Pass makes a refreshing aperitif and is the perfect pink to tote on a picnic. Enjoy it alongside a plate of charcuterie and soft cheeses, summer salads, seafood, and more.
